What is included in the content?

The Confident Leadership Program gives you access to our online learning portal and one-on-one coaching with Dale or Trevor to kick-start your journey. Then, during the program, coursework will be interspersed with group coaching, online learning, and workbook activities. You will create goals, develop and nurture habits, and utilize tools that provide the mental resilience to be with life through all the ups and downs (and side to sides). By the end, you will design your own personal process to dissolve uncertainty. Ongoing bonuses include monthly partner coaching and LinkedIn community support.

How can I access the content?

The content will be delivered as an online course and supported with live video coaching calls. Once you sign up, you’ll be invited to join the online learning portal, where you will be able to access the program starting on January 25, 2023. You’ll move through the course material as prompted within the online portal. We’ll even tell you when it’s time for your coaching calls and make it super easy for you to book those.

When does this program start?

The Confident Leadership Program starts on January 25, 2023. Once you sign up for the program, we’ll send you an email with all the details and remind you of the start date so you don’t miss it!

How long will this program take?

This program is nine weeks in total. Plan for two weeks of prep coursework, and then seven weeks of intensive online learning coupled with group coaching sessions.

Is this for any type of leader?

This program is for anyone who wants to develop the skills to approach their work or life with more confidence. It's open to all. You don't need to be at any particular leadership level to benefit from this course, just willing to dive in and do the deep work. You'll get out what you put in!

How much does the program cost?

This 6 week+ transformative program of learning and coaching costs $2,825. It is possible to pay in two monthly installments of $1,412.50. You can pay with a credit card on the check-out page.
